PELLA

On the western shore of Lake Orta, at the mouth of the Pellino River, lies one of the lake’s few natural beaches. Here, just a few metres from the crystal-clear water, a hospitality facility is in the course of construction. On the upper level six long and narrow residential units will open up towards the lake. The building will be clad with wooden slats combined with projecting elements of dark pigmented concrete.
The ground floor will provide space for dining and, in the lakeside garden, a lounge area.
